2. Production process

The production line is carried out according to the following technological process:

Uncoiler → leveler → looper (material storage)→ servo feeding → multi-station punching machine (cut off)→ molding main machine → finished product discharge

3. Unit configuration and Application

3.1 Uncoiler and leveler

Uncoiler: This machine is single head mode (single support, four-bar tensioning structure, tensioning force comes from hydraulic cylinder, fast and reliable adjustment. The uncoiler is an automatic uncoiler with pneumatic pressing device. When the material coil is installed on the material shaft of the uncoiler, the material shaft of the uncoiler rotates automatically during the actual operation of the whole line, and the working speed of the uncoiler can be adjusted according to the operation of the whole line. In order to ensure the actual safety of the uncoiler, the uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake device.

The uncoiler also contains 4 baffles to prevent the material from loosening in the process of uncoiling.

Leveler: Adopt 7 roller leveling, 2 pairs of feed roller, feed roller pneumatic clamping, frequency conversion speed regulation, switch control.

Adapt to the maximum thickness of the material coil: 1.2-3mm

Application: Used for buffering the speed mismatch between uncoiling and punching machine and rectifying deviation; Ensure the balance between the two in the running speed, so that the whole line running smoothly, complete.3.2 Storage device

3.3 servo feeder

Application: According to the actual punching step length feeding sheet, one-time can set multiple groups of feeding parameters, convenient and fast. The feeding accuracy is accurate without cumulative error.

Application:  it is mainly used for punching different hole types on profile.

Application: conveying punching sheet material to molding machine

3.6 Adjustable width Roll Forming Machine:

Purpose: it is used to reach the final cross section shape through roll bending process.

Total motor power: about 110KW (subject to final design)

Maximum linear speed: 15~20m/min

3.7 Hydraulic system:

Application: To provide power support for uncoiling and punching.

Motor power: about 22KW (subject to final design)

3.8 Electric control unit

The whole line adopts the man-machine control mode combined with PLC and touch screen. The specification parameters, quantity and uniform parameters can be set through the touch screen, which can store multiple sets of operation instructions at one time, with a high degree of automation. It has alarm function in case of abnormal production line, and the operation of the whole production line can be monitored through the control system. After power off or abnormal shutdown, it can continue processing according to the previous set working parameters.

3.9 Unpowered pallet

There are two sections in total, each section is 2m long. The material rack is a detachable structure, which is convenient for transportation and use in different sites.
